Located in the village area of Pangot, Guano is about 15 km from Nainital City and can be reached by auto, taxi, cab, or auto rickshaw.
Snow View Point:- Snow point can be a great destination to see the view of the high hills covered with snow and different shades of sunlight. Just 2 km away from Nainital city, the snow point attracts Nanda Devi peak, Nanda Kot peak, and the Trishul peak, which is covered with snow.
Naina Point:- Naina Peak is also one of the best options in Pangot for a healthy and relaxing trip, where the fresh and chirping winds of Deodar, Rhododendrons, and Cypress bring one closer to the beauty of Himalaya. The best time for trekking here is during the day, as well as trekking on foot is even better. Horses are also available from Mall Road to reach the destination. Brahmasthali Peak:- The highest peak point of Pangot is Brahmasthali. Brahmasthali or Badhaan Devsthali is famous for the Brahmasthali temple (temple of Lord Brahma). For the nature lover or the hiking enthusiast, it is a cynosure & better to choose the time of day to make hiking comfortable. Guggu Kham is 5 km ahead of Pangot, from where the distance of Brahmasthali is just 8 km, whereas the distance of Brahmasthali from Nainital is 29 km.
